Land Arrangements
$3,700 per person includes a room with a bath at the Château des Sablons, hotel service charges and taxes, private motorcoach, local guides, meals as shown in the itinerary (all breakfasts, five lunches, and five dinners), group transfers, the attached itineraries, all gratuities, full-time English speaking escort, and a designated guest lecturer.

Please Note: Events listed in this program may be altered slightly in order to take advantage of better opportunities. The sum of what is to be provided – housing, number of meals, travel transfers, etc., will not change.

This trip is limited to 14 people. A minimum of eight participants will be necessary for the program to take place.

Early Registration Discount
Participants who sign up for the tour prior to December 31, 2015 will receive a $200 discount.

Additional Nights and Tours Before or After the Program
Additional nights before or after the program can be arranged at the Château des Sablons at a specially discounted rate. For further information, please inquire at 1-800-537-5408, Ext. 2 for Historic Rentals. For guests who would like to visit more of the Loire Valley at their leisure, tour packages are also available before or after the program. Please call or visit for more information.

Air Fare and Travel to the Loire
To be arranged and paid separately by participant.

A $500 deposit to be paid by check, Mastercard, or Visa when registering. The remainder is due by March 14, 2016.

Price Exclusions
Price excludes International air fare, all items of a personal nature, passport fees, meals not shown in itinerary, and the cost of travel insurance.

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations of reservations are subject to a $50 per person processing fee. Full refund, less the cancellation fee, will be made prior to March 14, 2016. After March 14, 2016 no refunds will be made unless a substitute participant is obtained. Refunds only pertain to the cost of the program, and do not include air fare or any other travel costs.

Activity/Fitness Level
Participants should be able to walk at a strolling pace for at least one mile without difficulty, and be able to use stairs to participate fully in the program. While we make every effort to accommodate individual needs, some sites may not be easily accessible.

Special Needs
Any food allergies need to be signaled at the time of application to ensure participants’ safety.
