Not only was educational program stimulating and informative, it was a gastronomical extravagance. We were not sure of what we were getting into when we signed up for the class, but rest assured you exceeded our expectations.

It was a wonderfully french culinary program in a fine french château in the center of the Loire Valley.
It was wonderful to be in the Loire again with its superb châteaux and wonderful restaurants – one of which produced the dinner of my life! Many of the gardens are outstanding, and there is a clarity in the air which I love. The Château des Sablons is most comfortable, and has been refurbished to a high standard, but watch your head in some of the bedrooms as they have internal flying buttresses!
Truly an experience of a lifetime!
